Here is a list of questions we get asked on a frequent basis. If you can't find an answer to your question here, please give us a call or send us an e-mail, we'll usually provide you with an answer within one hour.

How long will my order take to complete?

Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days, but if you give us a call we can give you a more accurate idea of how long until we can get your new discs into your hands. We also have rush order options available.

What is your minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order at CXT, even if you only need a few copies of your disc, we are here to help.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes we do.  Bulk discounts apply when you start getting into the thousands of discs. If this applies to you, contact us for a customized quote.

How do we get our music/video/data to CXT?

If you are in the Calgary area, we offer FREE pickup of your data. We offer this service because we want to be able to meet you and answer any questions you may have, as well as show you samples in person so you know exactly what to expect.  This also gives us a chance to get out of the office. If you are outside of Calgary, the easiest way to get your data to us is by shipping us your master disc (2 copies if possible). Don’t worry, we will give it back.

I need to get my discs all over the world, can CXT help?

Yes, CXT is able to mail out your discs individually to a mailing list. This service is available for as little as $0.90 per disc, including postage.

How much data can discs hold?

Our standard CDs hold 800MB of data, or 80min of music. Our DVDs hold 4.7GB of data. If you need more specialized media, please contact us.

Do you guarantee your product?

Yes, all of CXT’s products are 100% guaranteed. If a disc doesn’t work, just give us a call and we will replace it at no charge, usually the next business day.

Can you design my disc artwork for me?

Yes, here at CXT we can put something simple together for you at no additional charge. But if you want to get elaborate, we do have a graphic designer that would love to help. Contact us for pricing.

Can I do my disc artwork myself?

Yes, just click here and download our templates, then you can design whatever you like. If you are looking for some helpful software to help you in this process, try the GIMP.

Are there hidden fees?

Not really. All new orders have a setup fee of $10 and a delivery fee of $10 for Calgary, but we mention that on the price lists.
